LONG TERM GOALS

Build Black Wallstreet/Little Greenwood

We will start in St.Louis,MO and expand from there. We are locals and know the city very well. Your most important role in this, is to KEEP QUIET. We can not let the wrong people know about this project or it will be destroyed just like our older communities.

  • Gain 20 million members+

There are 40 million of us. If we can at least convince half, JUST HALF, that's $20 million of purchasing power every 2 weeks. Every member = $1 added to our resource supply.

  • Buy-out,rehab,rebuild and refurnish all buildings within the district

We will need a lot of capital for this project and the fees that are associated with it. We will need to hire professionals in every field (Carpentry, Construction, Electrician, Plumbing, Roofing, Landscaping, etc.), source our laborers and provide them with a balanced paycheck.

  • We plan to build or buy

Urgent Cares, Restaurants, Bars, Cosmetic Shops, a waterpark, Two - Story Recreational Centers, Museums, Volleyball Courts, Parks, Swimming Pools, Football Fields, Office Spaces, Lawyers offices, dentist offices, purchase schools, Gas stations, apartment buildings, luxury apartment buildings, homes, car lots, etc.

  • Pay local high school/College students to learn on the job training

We will recruit at local high schools and colleges in order to bring them an opportunity to learn a skill that can never be taken away. Professionals mentioned above will be their teachers.

They can then take these skills into the real world while waiting for their degree to kick in or use it to better their life and also bring value to the community.

  • Dominate the auction market

Buy ALL of the vehicles available, pay local mechanics to fix them, drive them to a large lot, sell them at a huge discounted rate strictly to members ,in order to ensure that every member in need will have a car.

  • Dominate the housing market

Blackrock and other major corporations want to play monopoly with the housing market, well, if you cant beat em', you join them. With our combined purchasing power, we can push back against the outrageously priced housing market. Use the LRA list, buy, sell, rent, and lease them all at a discounted rate to strictly members only. The members who were already at the auction to buy those properties, will be given a better deal. The goal is to sweep them up before any non-member has a chance.

  • Start and run a trucking company

We will need a continuous supply of funds from various sources for this project to work. Therefore we have begin drawing up the idea of starting a trucking company. Either from scratch or buying an already established company. Trucking is a billion dollar industry and can also supply some of the felons who have a hard time finding a job after incarceration. This will keep them busy and paid enough to stay out trouble, as long as they can complete daily task in a timely and safe manner.

  • Start and run career focused schools.

Another plan we have drawn up, was to purchase a school, rebuild and rehab it, then hire staff focused solely on the medical field, Legal Field, or Engineering, etc. These schools will pump out nothing but seasoned professionals in their respective fields. We have focused universities but lack the same for high schools. Our schools will teach them a wide range of skills that will prepare them for high ranking positions anywhere in the world. We have also drawn up a plan to lobby for highschoolers to be paid while in school. For Example : For major test, A's will get you $250, B's -$100, C's -$25. ACT/SAT Scores will be massive, paying up to $2,000 for top scores. Attendance will be paid monthly. These payouts will encourage students to achieve, persevere, uphold integrity, and participate in friendly competitions that could be great for building character in a niche culture. Payouts will allow students to be able to save for cars, help will family matters, pay for college, purchase clothes, etc.

  • $250,000+ a month in dividends

We would need approximately $100,000,000. At 20 million bi-weekly that number would only take 2.5 months. That means $1 million a month would only take 10 months.

This dividend fund will be different. This fund will be used to start a lottery system, capable of being given away to ANY member and/or organization that has contributed to our success. This will change the lives of several members EVERY.SINGLE.MONTH.

  • Expand Our Reach

We will start in St.Louis,MO, Then to Chicago,Texas,Louisiana,NC,SC,NY,CA,FL,etc. Until all states within America have their own Black Wallstreet, our job is not even halfway done.

Pros

  • This street IS registered as Historic. Meaning it cannot be affected by Eminent Domain.
  • The neighborhood could help with the labor as we plan on going to some local high schools and Ranken to employ some students to help with the project.
  • They will be given weekly pay as compensation, but will be heavily monitored by trained professionals in construction, landscaping, electrical, and water/trash/sewer.
  • This will be a key advantage and opportunity with the youth as this will provide them with basic entry level skills, while simultaneously cutting our cost of time and expensive labor. 
  • The students will also have income during school breaks, especially the summer, providing them with opportunities to help out family with bills, help themselves with childcare and other expenses, buy their first car, get themselves back and forth to their jobs, save for college, buy new clothes, or start their own businesses and expand on their hobbies. 
  • This street has already been historically rich in African American legacy, despite what it is today.
  • The street is not a necessity for car traffic, meaning we could block it off for walking and shopping only. If not, the street is also large enough for parking on both sides.
  • A fresh start for decorations and new ideas as far as efficiency. 
  • The wealth of the neighborhood would skyrocket. 
  • All of those two and three story homes that lay abandoned with graffiti, can be knocked down, rebuilt and remodeled
  • Build brand new parks, amusement parks, waterparks, stores, hospital, rec centers, etc.
  • Bring quality and quantity to those who live and shop there.

  • The neighborhood is getting worse by the day.
  • Riddled with drugs, violence, and gangs.
  • A lot of Infrastructure that needs to torn down, rebuilt and remodeled into a modern haven.
  • The highest cost will come from the equipment, paperwork, time and labor.
  • Its isolated, meaning problems from the local government or other allies of those that do not like us, will be easier to create. 
  • It will need to be heavily protected from us as well as from them. 
  • The natural foot traffic is light as of today, which is a pro for construction, but can be a con later as we try and get the traffic to what it used to be.
